Anna and Nayan were married last month out at Boomrock on a beautiful cloudless day - the sunny weather seemed very appropriate for Anna's sunshine-yellow wedding dress. She had spotted this dress in a wedding magazine 11 years ago, ripped out the photo and kept it all these years until she got engaged! When she contacted the designer, Rosemary Smith, she learned it was still available, so it was a bit of a dream come true. Anna and her bridesmaids and "bridesman" Andrew got ready at the Bolton Hotel's Residential Suite, while the boys got ready at Anna and Nayan's home in Miramar.
Two days after this Western wedding Anna and Nayan held an Indian wedding ceremony and reception, which was another wonderful riot of colour! I hope to find time to blog that one shortly too, but in the meantime, here's Boomrock...
