Lisa and Chris's wedding

Lisa and Chris are such a fun couple - full of laughter and up for anything. I hope these photos capture the sheer joy that filled their day.

Lisa and her bridesmaids got ready at home in Miramar before heading to Old St Paul's in Thorndon for the ceremony, which was officiated by Stephanie Lambert.

Lisa's Dad looked so proud as he walked her down the aisle. Photo below left by my assistant Angela Vidal.

Chris found it pretty hot under the lights and all that attention, but luckily had brought a handkerchief...

Wellington's old Law Library was having an open day and we were invited to use their staircase for some photos. Check out the size of that train!

Flower girl Tammy was so cute. There were some sudden and unexplained tears earlier in the shoot but a quick chocolate bar restored the blood sugar levels and she was off!

The wind had picked up a bit by the time we got to Seatoun Wharf and Lisa gamely battled her ballooning dress before her gallant groom stepped in to help. Photo below by Angela Vidal.

The reception was held at Dragons restaurant in Tory Street. The wedding cake by Cheeky Mouthful Cupcakes caused quite a stir with the children...

The traditional Chinese tea ceremony.

Best man Isha's speech was quite a hit and he was duly rewarded with a round of decent scores from the rabble-rousers down the back!

Isha at it again... :)

Thank you Lisa and Chris for allowing me to be part of your wonderful day, and best wishes for a very happy future together. x
